COUNTRY BREAKFAST PIE 
1 lb. ground sausage
9 inch deep dish pie shell
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. light cream or half and half

Brown sausage, drain off excess fat. Place in pie shell. Sprinkle with cheese. Lightly beat eggs; add remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before serving. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
