CORN CUSTARD 
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. cream style corn
Butter

Place first 6 ingredients in blender. On medium speed, blend 5-8 seconds. Add mixture to corn; stir well. Pour into buttered 1 quart baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir. Continue baking until knife inserted in center of custard comes out clean. Serves 6.
