STROMBOLI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lbs. sausage
3 lbs. cheese, grated (you can use Mozzarella, Monterey Jack or a mixture of both)
Pinch of oregano
2 French bread loaves
1 diced bell pepper
1/2 diced onion
2 sm. cans of tomato paste

Brown meat with oregano. While it is browning, cut the top off of your French bread loaves and gut them, leaving about 1 inch of bread on bottom and sides. Add bell peppers, onion and tomato paste to meat mixture and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Put a layer of cheese inside of the bread, then a layer of meat and continue layering until full. Put the tops back on the French bread loaves and bake in a 400 degree oven until cheese is melted. Slice and serve hot. Great for crowds!
