FUDGE WITH MARSHMALLOW CREAM | |
3 (6 oz.) pkgs. chocolate chips 1/2 lb. butter 2 tbsp. vanilla 1 glass jar (5 oz.) marshmallow cream 2 c. chopped nuts 4 1/2 c. white sugar 1 lg. can evaporated milk Put into large bowl: chips, butter, vanilla, marshmallow cream and nuts. In large pan bring sugar and milk to rolling boil, stirring constantly and cook 9 minutes. Pour hot mixture over chocolate mixture and mix until all ingredients are blended. Turn out into a 9 x 13 inch greased pan and put into refrigerator until cool. |
