ROASTED POTATOES | |
1/2 of a turnip 1/2 of a rutabaga 3 big carrots 1 sm. butternut squash New potatoes 1/2 c. olive oil 1 tbsp. Kosher salt 1 tsp. rosemary Dice everything up to be the same size. In a large bowl fill 1/2 with rutabaga, carrots, turnips and squash. Fill the other half with new potatoes. Pour olive oil over and mix. Put in a big flat baking pan. Sprinkle salt and rosemary over top. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and stir a couple times. All vegetables will be mixed, not in layers. |
