CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1 9" pie shell
1 can crab meat
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. diced onion
4 eggs
2 c. light or whipping cream
1/4 tsp. each salt & sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper

Prepare pastry shell. Sprinkle cheese, onion and crabmeat in pastry shell. Beat eggs slightly. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour mixture into pie shell. Bake 15 minutes at 425 degrees. Reduce heat. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes (knife comes out clean). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
