SNOWBALL CAKE 
3 pkgs. unflavored gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
2 containers Cool Whip
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
4 tbsp. cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 angel food cake
1 c. angel flake coconut

Soften gel in cold water. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add lemon juice, drained pineapple and sugar. Chill until mixture begins to thicken. Mix 3/4 of Cool Whip into gelatin. Break cake into small bits and fold in mixture. Put remaining Cool Whip on top, sprinkle coconut on top and chill.
