RICE PUDDING 
1 c. long grain rice
9 c. milk
1 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. salt
nutmeg and cinnamon to taste

Bake in moderate oven to 300°F to 325°F for 3 hours, stirring frequently, during first hour. Cover toward the last.

A cup of raisins may be added, if desired, when half done.
