Fresh spinach, cut up
Red onion, cut in rings
Fresh mushrooms
Fresh cauliflower
Bacon, fried and crumbled
Avocado, slices

DRESSING:

2 tsp. grated onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
8 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine dressing ingredients, blend well and chill until ready to serve. Serves 8.
