1 pkg. spinach
4 hard boiled eggs
Bacon, crumbled
1 onion
1 box croutons (Pepperidge Farm)

In large bowl mix together all ingredients.

DRESSING:

2/3 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3 tsp. mustard
Celery seed

Blend all ingredients and pour over salad.
