CREAM CHEESE FUDGE | |
4 c. sifted confectioners sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 4 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1 dash of salt 1/2 c. chopped nuts Gradually add sugar to softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread in greased 8-inch square pan. Chill several hours or overnight. Makes 1 3/4 pounds. |
