CHOCOLATE LOVER'S PIE 
6 rounded tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 3/4 c. milk
4 eggs, separated
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Baked pie shell
Whipped cream

Mix the flour, sugar, cocoa and salt together. Make a hole in the dry ingredients, drop the egg yolks in the hole. Using the milk, start stirring the egg yolks until you use all the milk. Bring to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. When cool, put in a baked 9 or 10 inch pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
