ROAST TENDERLOIN 
1 whole beef tenderloin (3-4 lbs.)
2 tbsp. soft butter
1/4 c. chopped green onions
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
Dash pepper
3/4 c. sherry

Spread tenderloin with butter. Place on rack. Cover with marinade and roast at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes, basting often.

MARINADE: Mix onion, soy sauce, mustard, pepper, and sherry. Heat until boiling. Pour over meat. Baste often. Cover with sauteed mushrooms.
