ROASTED WHOLE TENDERLOIN 
1 (5-6 lb.) whole tenderloin

Great for party or company dinner. Marinade overnight in refrigerator.

MARINADE:

1 c. catsup
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 1/2 c. water
2 env. Good Seasons Italian dressing mix

Spear tenderloin all over with sharp cooking fork. Place in largest ziplock bag. Mix all marinade ingredients together very well and pour over meat in bag. Refrigerate overnight. When ready to cook place meat on rack in shallow pan. Roast in preheated 425 degree oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
