PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter (your favorite)
6 tbsp. milk
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (8-inch) prepared pie crust (I use Keebler)
chocolate chip shavings, for garnish

In a large bowl combine cream cheese, peanut butter and milk. With an electric mixer beat in sugar on medium speed for about 4 minutes. Fold in Cool Whip. Fill prepared pie crust. Top with chocolate chip shavings.

Put in freezer for about 4 hours or overnight before serving.
