NO - COOK - DO - AHEAD WARM
CEREAL FOR A COLD MORNING
 
1 c. bulgur (cracked wheat)
1/3 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. boiling water

Mix in medium bowl bulgur, raisins and salt. Stir in boiling water. Cover; leave on counter overnight. Serve at room temperature or reheat in microwave. Sprinkle with brown sugar or top with a dollop of jam.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
