SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
6 eggs (lg.)
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 tsp. orange extract
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. dairy sour cream
Powdered sugar (optional)

Bring butter and eggs to room temperature. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan (I use Pam). Stir together flour, salt and soda.

In mixer bowl beat butter and sugar at medium speed until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating 1 minute after each. Add flavorings. Add dry ingredients and sour cream alternately, beating until just combined.

Turn batter into prepared pan. Bake 350 degrees about 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool at least 15 minutes on wire rack. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired. Makes 16 servings.
