STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
6 green peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 c. cooked rice
Salt and pepper

Cut stem ends from peppers; remove seeds and parboil 5 minutes; drain.

Saute onions and beef until lightly browned. Combine with other ingredients. Fill peppers and arrange in baking dish. Pour tomato sauce mixed with 1/4 cup water over peppers. Bake at 350 degrees until peppers are tender, about 1 hour.
