SPINACH SALAD 
1 bunch spinach (torn into serving size pieces)
1/2 head iceberg lettuce (torn into serving size pieces)
1/2 lb. bacon (cube & fry crisp, drain)
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 bunch radish, sliced thin

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. bacon drippings
4-6 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. sour cream
1 egg, beaten

Mix, cook over low heat until thick. Pour hot dressing over greens. May be made ahead and reheated.
