8 oz. fettucini 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. light cream 1 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. parsley flakes Salt and pepper Cook pasta to desired doneness. While pasta is cooking, heat butter and cream in saucepan. When butter is melted, stir in cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Keep stirring over low heat until smooth. Pour over cooked pasta and toss gently to coat. |
