YANKEE NOODLE SALAD | |
2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and drained 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1/2 c. chopped cucumber 1 tsp. prepared horseradish 1/2 c. salad dressing 1 (12 oz.) can luncheon meat, cubed 1/4 c. radish slices 1/2 tsp. salt Combine all ingredients except salad dressing. Toss lightly. Add salad dressing. Mix well. Chill. Before serving, add additional salad dressing and sprinkle with more cheese, if desired. 4 to 6 servings. |
