GERMAN POTATO SALAD | |
5 lb. new potatoes 1/4 c. vinegar 3/4 c. Mazola corn oil 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1/8 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. dry mustard 1/2 med. red onion 1 tsp. sugar Cook potatoes. Mix all ingredients together into large bowl. Add potatoes. Place in refrigerator until the next day. Garnish with fresh or dried parsley. |
