BARBEQUED RIBS 
Pork rib loin
Salt & pepper
1/2 bottle smoke
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. water

Salt and pepper both sides of loin and put in roaster. Pour smoke, brown sugar and water over ribs. Cover and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Heat 1/2 bottle barbeque sauce with 1/2 cup catsup, 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce and 1 teaspoon chili powder. Pour over ribs after heating. Bake 1/2 hour more or grill.
