MACARONI WITH ITALIAN SAUCE
GOULASH
 
1/2 pkg. elbow macaroni
1/2 lb. ground meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
Garlic salt
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
1 tbsp. sugar
1 can tomato sauce

Cook macaroni according to directions on package, set aside. Brown ground meat, add onion, green pepper to meat. Cover and cook slowly until onion and pepper are wilted. Add garlic salt, salt and black pepper to taste. Add sugar and tomato sauce and cook covered for about 30 minutes. Mix with cooked macaroni. About 6 servings.
