CHERRY JELLO RING SALAD 
1 (No. 303) can sour cherries
2/3 c. sugar
1 pkg. cherry Jello
Dash of salt
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Heat cherries with juice and sugar. While hot stir in cherry Jello. Cool. Add nuts, pineapple and salt. Pour into round mold. Let set. Then invert onto plate and serve. This is pretty to have during Christmas.
