BING CHERRY SALAD 
1 lg. can pitted Bing cherries
2 pkgs. dark cherry Jello (family size)
1 pkg. chopped nuts
1 c. wine
Juice of cherries
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
Juice of pineapple
Sour cream

Mix 1 1/2 cups hot liquid (juice of cherries, pineapple and water) with jello. Mix in 1 3/4 cups cold liquid (wine plus 3/4 cup water). Mix in cherries, pineapple and nuts. Pour into greased mold. Refrigerate until mold congeals. Serve on lettuce with sour cream. Serves 12.
