BROCCOLI HAM RING | |
2 tubes refrigerated crescent rolls 2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped ham, diced 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1/2 c. diced chopped ham 1 small onion, chopped 2 c. chopped fresh broccoli Slice potatoes in skillet with olive oil or canola oil for frying. Season to taste (pepper and salt). Add a pinch of sugar, if desired. Slice 1/2-inch pieces of green peppers, onions, mushrooms, kielbasa or Polish sausage on top. Fry until golden brown, turning once or twice. |
