BROCCOLI-CHICKEN-CHEESE
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. broccoli (fresh or frozen)
2 c. cooked chicken
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. water
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cook and drain broccoli. Put in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with cooked chicken. In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Blend in 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt until smooth. Heat until bubbly. Gradually stir in bouillon cubes already dissolved in 2 cups hot water. Stir over low heat until thickened. Remove from heat and stir in cheese and Worcestershire sauce until cheese melts. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle with extra cheese if desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
