AUNTIE'S SCOTTISH SHORTCAKE | |
1/4 c. sugar 1 c. flour 1/2 c. butter Cream butter and sugar well. Add flour and mix well. I find using my hands best. Turn over a pie pan. Shape mix into a circle and mold to flat surface of pie pan. Thumb-print edges. Score into quarters and prick with a fork. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
