CARAMEL SWEET POTATOES 
6 or 7 lg. sweet potatoes (if sm. ones use more)
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. water

Cook the potatoes until tender. Cool and remove skins. Using a large skillet, place the sugar and water in skillet and dissolve the sugar. Place the potatoes in the glaze until evenly coated and piping hot. Serve and enjoy. Serves 6-8.
