CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

Mix all together except 1 cup of Cheddar cheese. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with remaining cup of cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 45 minutes, uncovered.
