3 fully ripe bananas, peeled
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or 1 (2 oz.) pkg. dessert topping mix

Mash together bananas, sugar, and honey until smooth and strain through a sieve. Fold banana mixture into whipped cream. Or fold banana mixture into prepared topping using dessert topping mix.

Makes 3 cups.
