CABBAGE MEAT LOAF 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. fine soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. undiluted canned beef broth
1 tsp. each parsley flakes & instant minced onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Cut cabbage in quarters and remove core. Cover with boiling water and cook 10 minutes; drain. Mix all ingredients, except last three and put in alternate layers with cabbage in greased 9"x5"x3" loaf pan, ending with meat. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over top. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven about 1 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before turning out of pan. 6 to 8 servings.
