BREAD AND FROSTING 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped walnuts
3 beaten eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil
2 c. grated zucchini

Mix the last 5 ingredients, then add the first 6 ingredients and stir until blended. Pour into two greased loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

FROSTING:

1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
About 2 c. powdered sugar

Mix and spread on zucchini bread or put between 2 slices.
