1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. cream or milk
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. French dressing
2 tbsp. onion juice or finely chopped onion

Soften cream cheese and add all ingredients and blend.
