Meat - chop it

Garlic - take out after you finish

Put oil in pan. Place a small spoon of salt in pan. Place 1/4 teaspoon pepper in pan.

NOTE: Cook at medium heat.

Cut up 3 green onions, 2 tomatoes, and 1 small yellow onion; place it all in the pan.

NOTE: Add 2 small potatoes.

Add more water, if the water starts to evaporate from the pan. Add rice to the pan with water, add as much as you want.

RED RICE:

Oil
Garlic
Rice
Pepper
Salt
Paprika

Stir the rice a lot until it becomes a little bit brown. Add the fresh tomatoes (or tomato sauce) and the onion, then add chicken broth. Lower heat from high to low.
