SPINACH DIP 
1 pkg. Mrs. Grass Homestyle Vegetable Dip & Soup Mix
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach
1 sm. onion, finely chopped

Thaw or cook frozen spinach, then rinse, drain, and squeeze out excess water. Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl and mix well. Chill 3 hours.

To Serve: Slice the top off a loaf of rye or pumpernickel bread and hollow out the loaf. Serve the dip inside the bread, reserving the bread cubes for dipping.
