STIR-FRIED BROCCOLI 
3 tbsp. salad oil
1 bunch broccoli, cut in 2-inch x 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sugar

In a 12-inch skillet or 5-quart Dutch oven over high heat in very hot oil, cook broccoli, stirring quickly and frequently (stir-frying) until well coated.
