SESAME BROCCOLI 
1 lb. fresh broccoli
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
4 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds or slivered almonds

Cook broccoli until tender crisp. In small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seed; heat to boiling. Boil 2-3 minutes. Pour over hot broccoli, turning spears to coat. Serve immediately.
