SESAME BROCCOLI | |
1 lb. fresh broccoli 1 tbsp. vegetable oil 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce 4 tsp. sugar 1 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted Cook broccoli in small amount of water about 15 minutes or just until tender; drain. In a small saucepan, combine oil, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar and sesame seed; heat to boiling. Pour sauce over hot broccoli, turning spears to coat. Serve immediately. Serves 4 to 5 servings. (Excellent with a holiday ham or turkey). |
