BROCCOLI SESAME 
1 (1 1/2 lb.) bunch fresh broccoli
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted
1 tbsp. sugar

Trim off large leaves of broccoli. Remove tough ends of lower stalks and wash broccoli thoroughly. Remove flowerets from stems. Slice thinly. Cook, covered until crispy-tender. Drain and arrange in serving dish.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Pour over broccoli.
