BROCCOLI WITH SESAME SAUCE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 tbsp. water
2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted

Wash and trim broccoli; cut stalk end off, cut remainder in thin slices. Cut flowerettes into sections. Cook in small amount of water until crisp tender; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in saucepan, bring to a boil and pour over broccoli; toss.
