BROCCOLI WITH SESAME SAUCE 
2 lbs. trimmed broccoli
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. sesame oil
1/4 c. toasted sesame seeds
6 leaves Romaine lettuce

Steam broccoli 4-5 minutes or until just tender, then chill. Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Add chilled broccoli and marinate for 1 hour. Serve on a bed of lettuce leaves. Serves 6.
