COLD CHILI SAUCE 
1 peck ripe tomatoes
3 green peppers and seeds of 1 (1 1/2 c.)
2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. salt
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. grated horseradish
1 1/2 c. good vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard seed (perhaps)

This is an old family recipe.

Peel, chop and drain tomatoes (approximately 12 cups drained). Add all other ingredients to chopped and drained tomatoes; mix and bottle and seal. If not sealed, refrigerate.

(Note: Part of sweet pepper may be red rather than green.)
