CRANBERRY MOUSSE 
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
1 c. heavy cream, whipped

You might want to save a slice of cranberry sauce for decoration.

In a saucepan heat cranberry juice to boiling. Stir in gelatin until dissolved.

In a bowl beat cranberry sauce with mixer. Stir beaten cranberry sauce into heated gelatin mixture. Chill until thickened. Fold in whipped cream and pour into serving bowl. Chill until firm. Serves 6-8.

Good with turkey, chicken, pork.
