CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Put first 4 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Stir in next 3 ingredients. Mix well. Mix together buttermilk, soda and vanilla and add to the first ingredients. Add eggs and mix well.

Bake in greased pan at 350°F about 35 to 40 minutes.

Icing:

1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
milk (enough to mix well)

Mix butter and cocoa; melt in saucepan. Add powdered sugar and vanilla. Add just enough milk to mix well. This can be put on cake while still hot.
