CHOCOLATE SHEET CAKE 
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. water
1 c. (2 sticks) butter
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla

Place cocoa, water and butter in sauce pan. Bring to boil and remove from heat.

Put flour, sugar, and salt into large bowl. Beat in hot mixture and add sour cream, baking soda, eggs, and vanilla. Pour into greased Bundt pan.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes.

Frosting:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
6 tbsp. milk
1 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place cocoa, butter and milk in a saucepan. Bring to boil. Add confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Pour over warm cake.
