CAMILLE'S SALAD 
Vinaigrette dressing
1 (16 oz.) can whole green beans, drained
1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, drained
2 lbs. fresh spinach, torn into sm. pieces
1 avocado, sliced
1 sm. purple onion, thin slices

Pour dressing into a glass bowl. Add beans, artichoke hearts. Marinate several hours. Drain.

Combine bean mixture with remaining ingredients in large salad bowl. Toss with dressing. Serves 8.
