OLD FASHION LEMON PIE 
3 tbsp. of corn starch
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. boiling water
1 tbsp. butter
4 egg yolks
Juice of 1 lemon
Grated rind of 1 lemon

Mix sugar and corn starch, ad boiling water, stir cook 2 minutes. Stir in butter, lemon juice, rind and egg yolks. Let cool, put in baked pie shell. Cover with meringue and brown in oven.
