OATMEAL PEPPERED HAMBURGERS 
2 lb. hamburger or ground round
1 pkg. onion mushroom soup mix
1/4 c. diced or chopped green peppers
1 c. Quaker oatmeal
1/4 c. diced or chopped onions
Pepper & salt, optional

Simply mix all ingredients in large bowl. Patty out to regular size hamburger patties. Grill or cook over medium to low heat, not too high or will burn too fast. Should yield 8 regular to medium hamburgers. Top off with grilled onion buns.
